Quay, Jr. ends June 30, 2009. Mr. <br />Quay has served on the Harrisburg Planning & Zoning Commission since <br />1997 as the County appointee. Appointees to this position must reside in <br />the ETJ (Extra Territorial Jurisdiction) of the Town of Harrisburg. Mr. <br />Quay was contacted and is willing to serve again. There are several <br />applications on file; however, none of the applicants reside in the <br />Harrisburg ETJ and are therefore ineligible to serve on this board.
