Box <br />1502, Concord, NC 28026. The project consists of 44 single family lots on <br />+/-29.285 acres located on Evans Street NW. The project was approved <br />by the Concord City Council on May 12, 2005. The applicant will be <br />requesting reimbursement of the APF payment through the APFO <br />Reimbursement Policy for Affordable Housing. A Consent Agreement is <br />required for the project to proceed. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to approve the Consent Agreement between Cabarrus County and <br />Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County, Inc. for the Magnolia Crossing <br />subdivision, including the payment of $1,008 per lot to advance school <br />adequacy with payment due prior to the issuance of building permitting. <br />This consent agreement will include language referencing the <br />reimbursement for affordable housing.
