General Statute 158-7.1. <br />The Creamery Concord LLC plans to redevelop the old "Concord Creamery" building located <br />at 363 Church Street in Concord. The project includes 37,900 sq. ft. of mixed-use retail and <br />office space in several multi-floored buildings with an estimated total investment of $3.G <br />million. A S-year grant equivalent to 85% of tare ad valorem taxes on the new net <br />investment is requested. <br />The auto storage company plans to construct a 50,000 sq. ft. facility on Papa Toe Hendriclc <br />Blvd. with a projected investment of approximately $4.85 million behveen Cabarrus and <br />Mecldenburg Counties. The estimated total investment in Concord and Cabarrus County is <br />$2.91 million or approximately GO%.
