Scribner) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The developer is requesting a one year preliminary plat extension of the <br />Rocky Glen subdivision located at the intersection of Archibald Road and <br />Rocky River Road. The project, identified as PIN#'s 5528-41-7658 & <br />5528-52-7326, is currently approved for 49 lots on approximately +/- <br />35.989 acres. The extension request was unanimously denied by the <br />Planning & Zoning Board at their June 18, 2009 regular meeting.
