There are two parcels in this <br />subdivisio~i totaling 35.989 acres with PIN #'s 5528417658 & 5528527326. The <br />subdivision is plaiuied for 49 single family homes with a density of 1.36 per acre. <br />I have invested significant time and money in this site including soils, environmental, <br />engineering, and surveys as well as various other grading agreements and rights-of--way.
