Scribner) <br />and Public Hearing - 6:30 p.m. <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Developer Randall T. Scribner is requesting vested rights for properties <br />identified as PIN#'s 5528-41-7658 & 5528-52-7326, currently approved as <br />the Rocky Glen subdivision. The request was unanimously denied by the <br />Planning & Zoning Board at their June 18, 2009 regular meeting. The <br />developer filed an appeal on June 25, 2009 to the Cabarrus County Board <br />of Commissioners. <br />Note: Copies of the June 18th P&Z draft meeting minutes were <br />unavailable at the time of agenda distribution, but will be provided prior to <br />the regular meeting. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1.
