The subdivision is located at <br />the corner of Rocky River Road and Archibald Road. There are two parcels in this <br />subdivision totaling 35.989 acres with PIN #'s 5528417658 & 5528527326. The <br />subdivision is planned for 49 single family homes with a density of 1.36 per acre. <br />I have invested sigiuficant time and money in this site including soils, environmental, <br />engineering, and su-•veys as well as va!•ious other grading agreements and rights-of--way.
