Section 00310.01 <br />Proposal <br />Single-Prime Contract <br />May 28, 2009 <br />Cabarrus County Commissioners Date June 4, 2009 <br />Concord, N.C. <br />Gentlemen: <br />The Bidder declares that he has examined the site of the work and informed himself fully in <br />regard to all conditions pertaining to the place where the work is to be done; that he has <br />examined the plans and specifications for the work and contractual documents relative thereto <br />and has read all special provisions furnished prior to the opening of bids; that he has sati.s#ied <br />himself relative to the work to be performed. <br />The Bidder proposes and agrees, if this Proposal is accepted, to contract with the Cabarrus <br />County Commissioners, Concord, N.C. in the form of a single-prime contract for General, <br />HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Work specified, to furnish all necessary machinery, tools, <br />apparatus, materials, equipment, means of transportation and labor necessary to, and to complete <br />the Contract for Alterations to the Cabarrus County Courthouse, Concord, N.C. in full and <br />complete accordance with the shown, noted, described and reasonably intended requirements of <br />the plans, specifications, addenda (if any) and contract documents to the full and entire <br />satisfaction of the Owner with a definite understanding that no money will be allowed for extra <br />work, except as set forth in the General Conditions and Contract Documents, as follows: <br />Single Prime Contract-Base Bid for the sum of <br />Wo ~~n.ctrG ~ S2~onr~ <br />Alternate to the Single Prime Contract: <br />fiN <br />Dollars ($ a ~ ~~ ~Qd . ~~) <br />Alternate No. 1-Furnish and install wood panels on the east wall of Courtroom 111 as shown <br />and noted on drawing A-4. <br />ADD: Two thousand eight hundred forty Dollars($ 2, 840.00 <br />Alternate No.2 - VAV boxes to be furnished and installed as part of the Base Bid Work per <br />drawings M-1 and M-2 and as designated on single inlet terminal schedule on drawing M-2 are <br />to be DESV type by Titus. <br />ADD: <br />~e~~ <br />Dollars{$ O D,r <br />Alternate No.3 -HVAC system controls to be furnished and installed as part of the Base Bid <br />Work per specification section 15900-1 are to be by Siemens Building Technology Inc.
