Section 00010 <br />Prequalification of Bidders Farm <br />Alterations to the Cabarrus County Courthouse <br />2009 <br />1. Prior Project Experience <br />Bidders are to have successfully completed a minimum of 5 projects of similar scope or <br />larger for governmental owners. <br />Bidders are to have successfully completed a minimum of 3 projects involving alterations <br />to an occupied office building. <br />3. Prequalification of Bidders Form <br />In. order to receive consideration, complete and submit the Frequalification of Bidders Form <br />in strict accordance with the following: <br />A. Fill-in the information required on this Prequalification Bidders Fonn, sign and <br />submit the forn~ to the Owner prior to the deadline for receipt of bids. 'The Bidder may <br />submit their Prequalification of Bidders Form to the Owner, for appxoval, prior to <br />preparing their hid or at anytime prior to the deadline for receipt of bids. <br />B. Address Prequalification of Bidders Farm to the Owner, and deliver to the address <br />given In the invitation to bid on or before the day and hour set for opening the bids. <br />Enclose the Prequalification of Bidders Form in a sealed envelope bearing the title of <br />the Work, the name of the bidder. Note on envelop that Prequalifications of Bidders <br />Form is enclosed. Do not enclose Prequalification of Bidders Form in the same <br />envelop with the bid Proposal Form. Submit only the original signed copy of the <br />Prequalification of Bidders Form.
