John Bigelow (Mt. Pleasant) are due to <br />expire on July 31, 2009. It is recommended that Rev. Bigelow be <br />reappointed and Ms. Brenda Trott be appointed to fill Ms. <br />Whitley's position as the "Kannapolis" appointee. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to reappoint Rev.
