in~'rado° AND AUTOMATIC LOCATION INFORMATION STATEMENT OF WORK FOR CABARRUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE Intrado will provide the following services as defined in the A9-1-1 Services Guide (see Appendix D) and comply with applicable tariff. 1. Reporting i. Clear View Reporting for ALI Management 1. Standard Reports 2. Query 3. Graphics ii. Clear view Reporting for A9-1-1 Routing Intrado will provide the following services as defined in the A9-1-1 Services Guide (see Appendix D). 2. Additional Services: a. Site Requirements b. Network Design c. Traffic and Data Accuracy Studies d. Implementation/Activation Intrado will provide the following services as defined in the A9-1-1 Services Guide (see Appendix D). 4. OPTIONAL SERVICES At Customer's request, Intrado will provide the following optional services not included in the ALI Management and A9-1-1 Routing Services (see Appendix A for pricing). Customer will need to submit a Change Service Request ("CSR") form, see Appendix B, to Intrado program manager for these Services. These Optional Services are fully described in Appendix D. a) PS/ALI Ancillary Services b) ENSP Services c) County-Wide MSAG Change d) EENRF e) Clear View Reporting Tool S. ASSUMPTIONS, CONSTRAINTSAND CONTINGENCIES Intrado's provision of A9-1-1 Routing and ALI Management is subject to certain assumptions, constraints and contingencies, as set forth below. In the event that any such assumption, constraint or contingency is not met, the deployment or support of A9-1-1 Routing may be negatively affected, without liability to Intrado ,and/or subject Customer to additional charges.
