Small <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Captain Teresa A. Small will retire from the Cabarrus County Sheriff's <br />Department on August 28, 2009. It is requested that Capt Small's service <br />fir' weapon, a Sig Sauer, 40 Caliber, Model P266, Serial No. U684290, be <br />declared surplus and awarded to her for the price of $1, upon her <br />retirement from the Sheriff's Department, pursuant to N.C.G.S. 20-187.2. <br />Copies of the Pistol Purchase Permit and receipt are included. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />Motion to declare surplus and authorize the award of the service weapon <br />(Sig Auer, 40 Caliber, Model P266, Serial No. U684290) for the price of $1 <br />to Capt Teresa A.
