An item by item account that follows your email has been provided below. <br />1. A dij tal and paper copy of the approved preliminary plat has been provided. <br />2. A meets and bounds description of the property has been provided. <br />3. The jurisdiction in which the project is located is the City of Concord. <br />4. The date that the preliminary plat was first submitted to Concord is October of 2005. <br />5. The date that the preliminary plat was approved by Concord is December 15 of 2005. <br />6. Name and Address of Developer is Rocky River Project, LLC, 301 South College Street, 16`" Floor, <br />MC 0166, Charlotte, NC 28202. <br />7. The total project acreage is 531.002 acres. The total number of units is 1,200 (853 single family + <br />347 multifamily). Density = 1,200 units / 531.002 acres = 2.25 units per acre <br />8. The approved project name is "The Mills at Rocky River." Coordination and approval of the project <br />name and road names was performed with Cabamrs County E-911 during the original preliminary <br />plat process in 2005. Our office has contacted Lee Snuggs and requested his confirmation of the <br />project and road name approvals but have yet to receive any correspondence on the matter. <br />9.
