Article XI. Implementation ~'-e~ <br />Section 1. Conflicting Policies <br />All policies, ordinances or resolutions that conflict with the provisions of this floktey-ordinance are hereby <br />repealed. This dacuntent replaces the existing Personnel Ordinance and Revisions. <br />Section 2. Separability <br />If any provision of this peliey-ordinance, or any rule, regulation or order thereundet• of the application of such <br />provision to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this pelie~-ordinance and the <br />application of stteFrthe remaining provisions, ef-tl~~lteeN-rules, regulations or orders to persons or <br />circumstances other than those held invalid will not be affected thereby. <br />Section 3.
