Phillips on His Retirement from <br />the Allen Volunteer Fire Department <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />After 37 years of service to the residents of the Allen Volunteer Fire <br />District, Fire Chief Edwin C. Phillips will retire on October 31, 2009 from <br />his position at the Allen Volunteer Fire Department.
