MILLS Lying and being in Number 11 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, and being on the north side of Miami Church Rd. (public maintenanceright-of--way) and being a portion of the property of Bryan Mills and wife Marjorie Mills (DB. 7801, pg. 86) and being more particularly described as follows: RIGHT-OF-WAY Beginning at a point in the property of Bryan Mills and wife Marjorie Mills (DB. 7801, pg. 86), said point being N 60°31'09" E 86.96 from an existing #6 rebar; thence from said POINT OF BBGNINNING, through the Mills property the following two courses and distances: 1) N 21°42'27" E 21.39 feet to a point; 2) N 85°11'08" E 548.56 feet to a point in the line of William Beaver and wife Bess Beaver (DB. 287, pg. 151), thence with the line of Beaver S 12°56'52" E 19.19 feet to a point on the edge of pavement of Miami Church Road (public maintenance right-of--way); thence along said edge of pavement the following four courses and distances: 1} S 85°03'24" W 104.82 feet to a point; 2} S 85°03'32" W 182.87 feet to a point; 3) S 85°19'23" W 142.80 feet to a point; 4} S 85°15'20" W 130.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.462 acres.
