CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 19, 2009 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Finance -Property Easements for the AT Allen Replacement Elementary <br />School -$68,624 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />On September 14, 2009 the Cabarrus County Board of Education (BOE) <br />approved the purchase of property easements from the following <br />landowners: Norris Barringer ($5,786.40), Chad Barringer ($25,000), <br />Gene Cline ($2,500), John Mills ($5,000), Craig Carter ($9,153.60), Bryan <br />Mills ($,6,230.40), and Michael Greene ($14,953.60).
