CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 16, 2009 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Commerce -Proposed Habitat Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />In 2008, the BOC voted for interested parties to proceed with planning a <br />Habitat for Humanity neighborhood located on county-owned property off <br />Cabarrus Avenue. Information related to the proposed project and the <br />minutes from the meeting in 2008 are provided.
