Special standards for amenity subdivisions. <br />1. Subdivision design. <br />a. Block elements. <br />No block shall be longer than 600 feet in length unless amid-block pedestrian <br />and bicycle connection is provided, in which case the block may extend up to <br />1,000 feet. Asingle-loaded street (houses on only one side) shall not be <br />restricted in length, provided that mid-block pedestrian and bicycle <br />connections are made at the rate of one for every 600 feet in length. <br />b. Residential collector streets. <br />All residential collector streets shall be designed as parkways. <br />2. Site and building elements. <br />All housing types shall comply with the following standards. <br />a. Roof overhang. <br />i. Eaves shall extend beyond the exterior <br />face. <br />ii.
