(public maintenance right-of--way) and being a portion of the property of Scott Yancey Avett and wife Sarah Avett (DB. 8266, pg. 87) and being more particularly described as follows: RIGHT-OF-WAY Beginning at a point in the shared line of Scott Yancey Avett and wife Sarah Avett (DB. 8266, pg. 87) and William Beaver and wife Bess Beaver (DB. 287, pg. 151), said point being S 68°28'01" E 93.30 feet from an existing leaning 1 '/," iron pipe, the northwest corner of Beaver; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING through the Avett property the following two courses and distances: 1) with the arc of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 590.00 feet, an arc length of 79.97 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 85°30'03" E 79.91 feet to a point; 2) with the arc of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 30.00 feet, an arc length of 34.47 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of N 65°28'08" E 32.60 feet to a point in the line of Archie Eugene Barringer and wife Mary Ellen Barringer (DB. 3069, pg. 223); then with the line of Archie Barringer the following two courses and distances: 1} S 68°37'40" E 7.66 feet to an existing #3 rebaz; 2) S 68°0 i' 19" E 25.20 feet to an existing mag nail; thence with the line of Chad C.
