At the first regular meeting in December, the first item of business <br />shall be the approval of the meeting minutes. The second item of business <br />shall be the election of a chair and vice-chair for the ensuing year. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: <br />1. Open floor for nominations for the position of Vice Chairman. <br />2. Close nominations. <br />3.
