BEAVER Lying and being in Number 11 Township, Cabarrus County, North Caroluia, and being on the north and south side of Miami Church Rd. (public maintenance right-of--way) and being a portion of the property of William Beaver and wife Bess Beaver (DB. 287, pg. 151) and being more particularly described as follows: RIGHTS-OF-WAY Beginning at a point in the shared line of William Beaver and wife Bess Beaver (DB. 287, pg. 151) and Judy C. Greeae and husband Michael O. Greene (DB. 1967, pg. 205), said point being N 12°56'52" W 233.54 feet from an existing leaningl '/" pipe, the southwest corner of Beaver; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING with the line of Greene N 12°56'52" W 18.89 feet to a point on the edge of pavement of Miami Church Road; thence with said edge of pavement the following three courses and distances: 1) N 85°11'08" E 16.32 feet to a point; 2) with the arc of a circular curve to the right having a radius of 548.70 feet, an azc length of 232.35 feet, and a chord bearing and distance of S 82°41'00" E 230.61 feet to a point; 3) S 70°33'09 E 76.43 feet to a point; thence with the northern line of Beaver and the southern line of Franklin Norris Barringer and wife Kay A.
