26. SLAUGHTER HOUSE/MEAT PACKING <br />.Zones in which conditional: <br />Agricultural/open, countryside residential. <br />.Additional information required with petition: <br />1. A report addressing: <br />1) the appropriateness of the site selected, <br />2) the proposed plant operation and how it may affect public health, <br />3) the proposed operation of the plant including total number of <br />employees, both full-time and part-time; and, <br />4) the method of collection, handling, disposal and storage of all <br />waste and byproducts. <br />.Predefined standards: <br />1. No building, structure, storage or animal holding area shall be located within <br />roe one hundred and fifty (~58-150) feet of any lot line. <br />2. In the event the facility abuts residential property, level 2 buffering must be <br />implemented. <br />3.
