C <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 21, 2009 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />Consent Agenda <br />SUBJECT: <br />Finance -Bus Garage Contingency Funds - $323,189.46 <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Board of Education, pending approval at its December 14th, 2009 <br />meeting, requests to transfer $100,000 of the contingency funds in the Bus <br />Garage project to the construction line item to purchase two fuel tanks to be <br />located at the facilities and operations. A memo is attached detailing the <br />request.
