However, school capacity is adequate for this subdivision at the five year review level. The applicant <br />must mitigate and phase the proposed development as required by Section 15-11, Number 5. The <br />phasing schedule must start in the year when capacity becomes available (2010). <br />Recommendation <br />Based on Section 15-11, Number 5, of the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance, the granting of a <br />Reservation of Capacity Certificate is recommended, with the following conditions: <br />1. A build out schedule of no more than 22 single-family residential lots final platted in 2010. <br />Building permits for this project may not be pulled until January 161, 2010. <br />2.
