CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 1/22/08 <br />Agenda Item # ~t-I <br />SUBJECT: <br />Appointments -Transportation Advisory Board <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />At its November meeting, the Board tabled its consideration of appointments to the <br />Transportation Advisory Board due to residency issues. An advertisement was published <br />in THE INDEPENDENT TRIBUNE on December 9 and 16, 2007 and in THE CHARLOTTE <br />OBSERVER (Cabarrus Neighbors) on December 16, 2007 in an effort to receive more <br />applications. To date, no applications have been received for the Transportation Advisory <br />Board.
