Task
6. Quantify correspondence
between parcel centroid (PIN point)
and address point and building for
each parcel.
Task assumes that County will
conduct the work under Spatial
Focus supervision. If desired,
Spatial Focus can conduct this task
(costs identified in Cost section).
7. Evaluate address point
locations and parcels based on
results from previous task and
additional review.
Spatial Focus will s
this task as follows:
_.. _ _
Deliverables
et up a procedure to accomplish
1. Measure the distance between the PIN point
and the address point that is linked to it.
2. Provide for an orderly review of the PIN
point, address point and the building that
would appear to be associated with the
address point, resulting in quantified
information about the co-incidence of these
three elements. Data would include an
evaluation as to whether the address point is
within the parcel it is associated with,
whether it is on, near or distant from the
building(s) that are associated with that
parcel, and whether, using orthophography
and the parcel and address layers in GIS,
the building appears to be within, partially
within, or outside of the property parcel it is
associated with.
Spatial Focus will conduct a comprehensive review
of the existing address points for completeness.
Spatial Focus will review the quantitative data
generated from the previous task concerning the
relationship between address points, PIN points
and building/parcel locations, and provide
recommendations on improvements to data quality.
HOME OFFICE: 5050 WAGON TRACE • ^BIRMINGHAM, AL 35242
Volce:205.980.4843 • FAX: 205.980.4843
I CO
