CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 2/18/08 Agenda Item #~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Commerce Department -Budget Amendment (Allocation of Consumer Donation for the <br />Housing and Home Improvement Program - $730) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Cabarrus County is required by the Housing and Home Improvement grant requirements to <br />ask clients for consumer contributions to the program. By federal regulations, the <br />consumer contributions are to reallocated to expense line items and expended prior to <br />additional funds being requested of the Area Agency on Aging.
