Pnreel <br />1D# SS283386G0. <br />The specific location and dfinensione ofthe permanent easement and anytemporflry Basemen[ are found on EXHIBIT A attached hereto and to <br />which reference 1s made for a more particular desenpnon. <br />Orantea's right to enter Orantor'e land shall be confined to streets, roods and driveways when they exist at the time entry is necessary and when <br />thoy are adequate for Grantee's purposes, but when they do not exist or ate not adequate, such right to enter shall be over the nearest most practical route or <br />routes to said easement. <br />The right end privilege and easement ah011 include eonatru<tion, [neintonance and operation in, upon, ecroee and through said promises in a <br />proper manner all utilities (water, sewer, power, telacammunication, and/or gas), together with the right to instal] tape and appliances with right at ell times <br />to enter upon said premises for tho purpose of inspecting said lines and to make necessary repairs, improvements end elteranons thereupon.
