<br />they arc adcquata for Grantee's purposes, but when they do nor extet or are not adequate, such rtght to enter shell be over the nearest moetpractical route or
<br />routes to said eeeemtnt.
<br />The right and privilege and easement shalt include construction, maintenance end operation in, upon, across and through said premises in a
<br />proper manner ell utilities (watoi, sewer, power, telecontmuntcstron; and/or gas), together with the right to install taps and appliartces with right a[ all times
<br />to enter upon said premises for [he purpose of inapeeting said lines ertd to make necessary repave, Improvements and alterations thereupon. Tho following

<br />Further provided however: 1. The Town of Midland agrees to. compensate the properly owner for any future damages as the resule of
<br />construction and/or maintenance of said utilities, and 2. The Town oFMidland agrees to leave the property in ae good condition ae before construction.
