<br />Grantee's right to enter Grantor's land shall bo confined to ctree[e, t'oade and driveways when they exist at the time entry ie necessary and when
<br />they ere adequate for Grantee's purposes, but when they do not ezitrc or are not adequate, such right to enter shall be over the nearest most praetieal route or
<br />routes to said easement.

<br />c. To regulate, restrict, or prohibit any future placement of uses, shrubbery, ar buehea within the easement.
<br />d. To regulate, restrict, or prohibit any changeB of grade within the easement.
<br />Funher provided however: 1. The Town of Midland agrees to compensate the property owner for any fbtura damages ae the result of
<br />construction and/or maintenance of said utilities, and 2. The Town of Midland agrees to leave [he property in as good condition as before construction.
