In that letter I stated that I would communicate with. you, after our first round of <br />implementation with the new standards, regarding the change in our audit costs for the year ended <br />June 3Q 2008. Based on this first round of implementation of the new risk based standards with <br />our December year end audit clients, we estimate that the fee for the audit for the year ended June <br />30, 2008 will be $38,000. <br />If you have any questions about the proposed fee, do not hesitate to let me know.
