CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 4/21/08 Agenda Item #_~ <br />SUBJECT: <br />Concord Library -Budget Amendment (Appropriation of Additional NC Humanities Council <br />Grant Funding - $1000) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Library has received a grant from the North Carolina Humanities Council to cover the <br />costs of a literary program series "Let's Talk About It" that is being held at the Concord <br />Library from February through April, 2008. Grant funds will be used to pay program <br />speakers.
