We are requesting Reservalian of Capacity for the initial residential <br />community known as Founders Reserve (Pin # 4597878272). This community is located <br />in the town of Harrisburg off of NC I-Iighway 49 on the south side of Eldorado Hills <br />Subdivision. The project is proposed for a total of 43 lots. The proposed building <br />schedule for Founders Reserve will be: <br />Phase I <br />2009: 13 Homes <br />2010: 15 homes <br />2011: L5 Homes <br />The schools that will be impacted by ttais development are Pitts School Road Elementary, <br />J.N.
