He stated that, at this <br />time, none of those schools is designated as Over Capacity. <br />Last night we received a Zoning Map Amendment from the Concord Planning <br />6 Zoning Commission which will allow us to move forward with a complex <br />at 3000 Poplar Tent Road (PIN 5610-49-7334} which is just West of <br />Frey's Recreation Center. This complex will consist of 24 one bedroom <br />units, 120 two bedroom units and 29 three bedroom units in 9 buildings. <br />We intend to start construction as soon as design documents can be <br />completed and permits are obtained, approximately 2 to 3 months. We <br />anticipate construction to take about 12 months. S9e do not anticipate <br />phasing construction of the 9 buildings over a significant period of <br />time and expect all the units to be completed by the and o£ 2009. We <br />will be the owners and developers of this project.
