EXffiB1T "1" <br />Transition Services <br />During the Transition Period, SMG will provide mutually agreed upon transition services to the County <br />with respect to the Faaility and wIIl work to effect an orderly transition of tbe management of the Facility <br />from the County to SMG, including, without limitation, rho following: (i) Hiring General Manager, (ii) <br />Supervising Employees, (iii) Hiring and Training Svent Coordinator and Accounting Professional, (iv) <br />Booking and Marketing theFacility and Events, (v) Negotiating a New Ticketmaster Agreement, (vi) <br />evaluating the current food end beverege operation and making recommendations to County during Tenn, <br />and (vii) holding informational transition meetings with current employees. 1)tttirlg the Term, all <br />contracts for booking events or otherwise will be executed by the County. Regarding the employees <br />during the Tetm, SMG shall supervise the employee regarding the tasks to be performed only, all other <br />employment decisions and responsibilities shall be retained by the County. <br />(1) <br />®19952005.
