RESOLUTION <br />KANNAPOLIS CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION <br />WHEREAS, the Kannapolis City Board of Education wishes to continue the consolidated <br />maintenance staff with that of the Cabarrus County Board of Education; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kannapolis City Board of Education has reviewed the Maintenance <br />Agreement and desires to execute it, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Maintenance Agreement attached hereto is hereby <br />ratified. <br />KANNAPOLIS CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION <br />Lee Efird, Chair <br />Attest: <br />Dr. Jo Anne Byerly, Secretary <br />(SEAL) <br />Date: <br />11 <br />~~ <br />
