EXISTING TEXT <br />be regularly inspected by the enforcement branch of the Cabarrus County Planning <br />and Zoning Department to assure activity and compliance. Any noncompliance <br />shall be treated as a zoning violation and be subject to enforcement as described in <br />Chapter Twelve of this Ordinance. <br />5. A minimum setback from the stream buffers for all buildings shall be at least 20 <br />feet. If there is a difference in the zoning ordinance setbacks, the strictest setback <br />shall apply. <br />6. Land within a stream buffer shall not be used to meet minimum lot size <br />requirements, except where lots are greater than one acre in area, in which case at <br />least 50 percent of the lot shall remain outside the stream buffer. <br />C~~~ <br />
