Memo <br />To: Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br />From: Susie Morris, AICP, Planning and Zoning Manager <br />CC: File <br />Date: April 10, 2008 <br />Re: Proposed Text Amendment C2008-02-ZT, Conventional Subdivision Standards- Exception <br />for Minor Subdivisions. <br />o Attached you will find proposed changes to Chapter Five, Section 5-5, Part C., 1, Exception <br />for minor subdivisions, of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance. <br />o The purpose of these changes is to clarify the language regarding the minor subdivision <br />exception and the intent of the minor subdivision within the Zoning Ordinance. <br />o The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously at the April t7~" meeting to <br />forward the amendment to the Board of Commissioners for final consideration. <br />o Please read over the materials and be prepared to discuss the proposed text at the meeting <br />and to hold a public hearing. <br />l7 '~ <br />
