EXISTING TEXT <br />Section 5-1. Conventional subdivision standards. <br />A. Applicability. <br />A conventional subdivision is permitted in the AO, CR and LDR districts. <br />Applicants shall comply with all other provisions of this ordinance and all other <br />applicable laws, except those that are incompatible with the provisions contained <br />herein. <br />B. Exception for minor subdivisions. <br />In the AO, CR, LDR, MDR and I-IDR Districts, applicants meeting the standards <br />for a minor subdivision as defined by the subdivision ordinance may create no <br />more than one conventional minor subdivision out of each parent tract existing <br />as of June 20, 2005 with lots at least one acre in size, provided that each lot meets <br />any minimum area requirements for public health purposes. <br />2. Minor Subdivision Dimensional Standards <br />Subdivisions that are classified as minor subdivisions in the AO, CR, and LDR zoning <br />districts shall be subject to the tract requirements listed for public water and sewer, the <br />C~1 ~~ <br />
