The racetrack and all buildings, viewing areas, and seating areas shall be <br />located no closer than three hundred (300) feet from any street or site boundary line. <br />3. All access ways shall be adequately lighted, however, such lighting must be <br />shielded to prevent light and glare spillover to adjacent residential properties. <br />4. Objectionable noise shall be muffled or eliminated so as not to become a <br />nuisance to adjacent uses. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to provide proof <br />that all noise for the operation can meet the requirements and general performance <br />standards for commercial and industrial uses. The Commission may require more <br />stringent noise restriction if they find as a fact that noise should be muffled to a greater <br />extent than required under Conditional Use Number 14, Race Complex, specifically section <br />9-A. <br />5. A level one bufferyard will be provided about the periphery of the entire facility. <br />6.
