CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 6/16/08 Agenda Item # G- <br />SUBJECT: <br />Revised Consent Agreement -Rustic Canyon (Phases 1 & 2) Subdivision Project <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Rustic Canyon subdivision project was approved by the Cabarrus County Planning <br />and Zoning Board on July 20, 2006 (Phase 1, 497 lots) and June 21, 2007 (Phase 2, 238 <br />lots). The project consists of 735 single-family lots total. The Rustic Canyon Phase 1 <br />Consent Agreement was approved by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners on <br />3/26/2007. The Rustic Canyon Phase 2 Consent Agreement was approved on 10/17/2007. <br />A revised Consent Agreement to combine the two existing Consent Agreements is needed <br />to administer the requirements of the APF Ordinance effectively and efficiently. <br />REQUESTED ACTION: (Suggested motion if the Board approves the agenda item as presented) <br />Consider approval of the attached consent agreement and authorize the County Manager <br />to execute the agreement on behalf of Cabarrus County. <br />Attachments ^X Yes ^ No Expected Length of Presentation 5 Minutes <br />Submitted By: Kassie G.
