CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA ITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 6/16/08 Agenda Item # F-(p <br />SUBJECT: <br />Emergency Medical Services -Budget Amendment - (Appropriation of Additional <br />Revenues & Expenses - $130,000) <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Billing for emergency transport services, which had been handled in-house, was contracted <br />out after the start of this budget year. The cost for this service has exceeded the original <br />estimate budgeted. Actual revenue collected has also exceeded the estimates.
