The Consortium receives funding from the US Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development under the HOME Program to address housing needs of low income <br />families. <br />Local governments hold membership in the Consortium through a 3-year agreement. It is time to <br />renew this agreement. <br />In accordance with HUD regulations and the Consortium P~greement executed by your unit of <br />government in June 2005, I am hereby notifying you of your right not to participate in the Cabarrus, <br />Rowan, Iredell Consortium for the next 3 year period (2008-2011).
