While currently unfunded, NGDOT has started preserving right- of-way. • Widen and improve NC 3 (Branchview Drive) from Lake Concord Road to US 601. This project will: Include sidewalks, bike lanes and metal pole mast arms.. • Upgrade the existing. two lanes of NG 73 from NG 3 to NC 49 including a bypass atone new location. This project will include sidewalks, bike lanes and mast arms. • Widen Rocky River Road from I-485 to NC 49. This project will include sidewalks, bike lanes and mast arms.
