Central Area <br />Plan. <br />o Develop an implementation guide that reflects the prioritization by <br />identifying short-, mid-and: long-term activities , <br />o Establish measurable goats to be used in the monitoring of progress. <br />• Form a committee to oversee and measure progress on implementation:activities, <br />particularly those identified as short-term or ftrst-yeaz tasks. <br />(IM-3) Update this Central Area Plaa not more than five years after its adoption. <br /> <br />
