The Cabarrus County Central Area Plan was developed through a process initiated by the Gabarrus <br />County and facilitated by the consultant team led by LandDesign. This effott was: aided by the Central <br />Area Plan Advisory Committee. These individuals, selected by the county, were instrumental in <br />assisting the consultant team in evaluating relevant information, synthesizing input lkom the public and <br />formulating a plan that is reflective of the community's expressed desires for the future of the Central <br />Area as it grows and develops.
