Engineering observations <br />and recommendations will ba performed by the appropriate personnel. <br />TERMS & CONDITIONS <br />Trigon~Kleinfelder, Inc. will: perform the scope of services outlined in this letter as a continuation to our <br />previouaty agreed upon terms & conditions signed by Mr. John Day, Cabarrus County Manager on June 7, <br />2006. Our construction matmrials testing and special inspection services will be invoiced on a unit rate basis <br />as indicated in our previous Budget Letter dated June 1, 2006, Revised (Trigon Project No. 023-06-016) for <br />those services we are raquesled to provide. Please sign in the space provided below and return this letter <br />to authorize the referenced services. <br />CLOSURE <br />Trigon~Kleinfelder, Tne. appreciates the opportunity to continue our services to you for the referenced <br />project. The cost of services will by invoiced as outlined herein. Interim invoices may be issued as deemed <br />necessary. Please note that our farms for payment era net thirty (30) days from data of the invoice. This <br />budget is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
