Gladwin/Planner <br />Subject: Reservation of Capacity and Capacity Schedule for Wellspring Village <br />Date:. 8/29/2008 <br />Crosland Homes, (227 West Trade Street, Suite 800, Charlotte, NC 28202) is requesting a reservation <br />of capacity for the Wellspring Village project, which consists of 52 multi family units on + /- 6.53 <br />acres located in the City of Concord, North Carolina. <br />School Capacity Review <br />The Wellspring Village multi-family project is expected to produce approximately 8 elerrentary <br />students, 3 middle school students and 4 high schools studerts for a total of 15 students.
