<br />TRACT I: Lying and being in No, 2 Township, Cabarrus County, North Carolina, on the East
<br />side of Cox Mill Road (SR 1488), adjoining the property of the E.G. Denny Heirs and being
<br />Tract 1 of the Subdivision of COX MILL ACRES prepared by Mel G. Thompson and Associates,
<br />May 23, 1989, and more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a new iron pin iri the East right of way of Cox Mill Road {SR 1488} and the line
<br />of the E.G. Denny Heirs; and runs thence with the East side of Cox Mill Road, N. 01-45-30 W.
<br />160 feet to a new iron pin, corner of Tract 2; thence with the Line of Tract 2, S. 84-40-35 E. 364
<br />feet to a new iron pin in the line of the E.G. Denny Heirs; thence with the Denny line; S. 01-18-
<br />30 E. 159.85 feet to an angle iron, an old corner; thence with another line of the Denny Heirs, N.

<br />Associates, May 23, 1989, and more particularly described as follows:

<br />N. 0 i-45-30 W. 160 feet along the East right of way line of Cox Mill Road from a new. iron pin, a
<br />corner of Tract 1 in the line of the Denny Heirs); and runs thence with the East side of Cox Mill
<br />Road three lines as follows: 1st, N, 01-45-30 W. 26 feet to a point; 2nd, N. 03-34-30 W. 95.12
<br />feet to a point; and 3rd, N. 06-21-39 W. 38.88 feet tv a new iron pin, corner of Tract 3; thence
<br />three lines with Tract 3 as follows: 1st, N. 88-41-56 E. 289.51 feet to a new iron pin; thence S.
<br />01-18-04 E. I42,53 feet to a new iron pin; and 3rd, S. 84-40-35 E. 80 feet to a new iron pin in the
